I don’t know about you, but it can be difficult to shop for my husband. I know that most of all he wants electronics, but he likes to pick those out himself. Unless I have searched all year for the perfect thing or found time to sew him something unique and useful, I always find myself in a panic a few days before. If you are like me and trying to find something special he will like, I invite you to consider cuff links. Of course, these are not for everyone, so don’t let me talk you into something he will put in a drawer and never look at again. But if he’s got a great sense of style, these could be perfect.
There’s one thing you need to know before purchasing, though. Your average men’s dress shirt does not have the style of sleeve designed for cuff links. A large majority of sleeves have one hole and one button. Your guy will need a cuff with two holes. It is called a French cuff. So you may want to make sure he owns one of these or follow this up with a little online shopping for a French cuffed shirt. If you think your man can pull this look off, check out my collection of vintage cuff links.
