I have been making sign language monograms for a few years now and finally found a medium for them that works well in my online shop – men’s neckties.
I like designs that are either really useful or clever. The idea of sign language monograms came to me when browsing through a fashion magazine. I was looking at monogrammed gifts and happened to be using the sign language alphabet card that I had bought from a guy for a dollar on the street as a bookmark. As I placed it in the page it dawned on me… monograms – sign language. I had never seen anyone put the two together before and knew I had something.
